[insert 360 shot here]
Writing on the last day of my birth month's trip. 31, it's the last number where my age belongs within the calendar days. But at whatever age, I can still consider myself young, at heart.
There's no denying that I am getting old. Everyone gets old, there's nothing much to it. On the bright side, as I age, I learn more about life and the more I expand knowledge and wisdom.
Along with this reflective scene that I'm in, I'm reminded to bring back a keystone habit, weekly reflection. Reflecting weekly gives me a margin to celebrate the wins of the previous week, thinkg about lessons of past shortcomings, schedule of priorities, and next actions of future goals.
I consider it a keystone habit, there are other benefits with doing it.
It allows a daily margin to do a sort of "brain dump". And this helps me sleep.
It gives an opportunity to revisit life on a bigger perspective. As I write this, it's already week 26 of year 2024. That's half of the year. Time flies super fast when you're not mindful of it.
That's it, thanking G for the reminder and for this peaceful and quiet reflective moment. 🙏
